Goat milk adds a rich creamy texture to soap, giving a luxurious feeling every time you bathe.

Goat milk has excellent moisturizing qualities, even the most sensitive can use it.  Milk is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals, it lowers the pH, making it easier on the skin.   Goat milk  also contains alpha-hydroxy acids, which help restore your skin to look and feel smoother, silky, and younger.

Real soap retains all of the natural glycerin.  Most commercial soaps on the shelves are made with detergents, petroleum products, and alcohols.  If you do find real soap, more than likely most of the glycerin has been removed and used in higher profit items  ....like speciality lotions.

Glycerin is a humectant and it will draw water from the air.   So the thin layer of glycerin that is left behind after you bathe will draw moisture from the air and hold it to your skin, which will help you stay moisturized throughout the day.   Since glycerin attracts water be sure to keep your soap where they can drain dry and not sit in a puddle of water.  This will help prevent them from melting away.

Drinking Goat Milk

Not only does goat milk make a nice soap, but tastes great -and is good for you.  Compared to cow's milk, it is lower in cholesterol and has more calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin B.   Goat's milk is naturally homogenized and has a different fatty acid chain than cow's milk, making it easier to digest and a good alternative for those who are lactose intolerant.

Our goat milk is 'raw', meaning it hasn't been artificially pasteurized or homogenized, so it actually contains all the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that will promote healthy bodies.  Your body can utilize more calcium from raw milk than it can from milk that has been artificially homogenized and pasteurized.  Check out this site for more information on raw milk - http://realmilk.com/
